Using its Customer-Centric Service Delivery Platform NRD Companies aims to construct a prototype for a tax complaint filing and processing system.
The aim is for the prototype to process all the main steps of the complaint submission and examination, at the same time it should assess the need and possibilities of integrations with the systems of various institutions and the need for the development of a full solution.
