Equusight solution to automatically anonymise medical images
“Equusight” (SP “Innovatio veterinariae”) team develops products for veterinary imaging. The team consists of 4 IT specialists in the fields of programming, software engineering and artificial intelligence. The rest of the team are veterinarians from the UK, France, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, involved in project dissemination and data preparation.
Solution
The automatic medical image depersonalisation tool is designed to remove sensitive patient information at DICOM metadata and at the image level. The tool will be integrated into the current PACS system for ease of use. The purpose of creating the tool is to reuse data to develop innovative products.
