GovTech – strategic Lithuania’s direction?

GovTech Lab has put Lithuania on a global GovTech map and accelerated the spread of out-of-the-box ideas in the public sector. Yet the job is far from over. Lithuania’s public sector must continue to build its digital skills and embrace experimentation. What steps could be taken to reaffirm Lithuania’s openness to innovation and put these ideas into practice across the public sector?
