WORKSHOP STAGE/ IDEA LAB

9.00-10.35, 12.05-16.35 Idea Lab

The Idea Lab is a space dedicated to exploring the future through the 6 concepts, exploring how developments in AI technology will intersect with the changes of a public sector. These concepts were co-created as a part the program of GovTech sandbox by representatives of public sector institutions, academia.

At the Idea Lab, wefoster critical dialogue about emerging technologies and their potential impact on the future. As we look ahead, the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and public sector advancements will likely shape governance, policymaking, and public services. Our goal is to understand how AI can influence these areas, and how this technology can be used to enhance efficiency, transparency, and inclusivity, while addressing the challenges that arise from this transformation.

Through this space, we aim to broaden the spectrum of future possibilities and pose the critical question – “Just because we can, should we?”. Join us on this journey as we imagine not only what is plausible, but what is possible for the future.
