Intelligent Speech Recognition System Integration Solution

Alytus Clinic is looking for a digital solution to enable family doctors and medical specialists to convert language into written documents more efficiently and quickly.

Contex

  • Alytus Clinic carries out medical procedures and provides health services, so doctors and other professionals are often faced with a large amount of documentation that needs to be filled in manually or entered into an electronic health record system.
  • This is time-consuming and energy-consuming, interferes with direct patient care and can increase the risk of errors in documentation.

Solution

  • The solution should provide automatic audio-to-text transcription or dictation functionalities that can be used by clinic staff for messages, texts, documents and other tasks.
  • The solution should improve the efficiency of daily work processes by automating manual work.
  • The solution should be integrated into the ESIS software used by the clinic.

A detailed description of the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution is given in Annex 3 ‘Technical Specification’ of the tender conditions.

Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners:

  • 1st prize – 5 000 EUR (the prize is awarded after the conclusion of a solution development service contract)
